In pairs, AHAP:

  1. Opponent slides steps in with a straight kick on pads x5
  2. Opponent slides steps in with a straight kick –> side stop-hit x5
  3. Opponent slides steps in with a straight kick –> side stop-hit, slip to outside and shovel hook, bob ‘n’ weave and shovel hook x5
  4. Opponent slides steps in with a straight kick –> side stop-hit, lead and rear palm smash on pads x5
