  1. Press-up to on-guard position HIGH x50
  2. Partner rear straight kick –> oblique stop hit x50
  3. Crunch to on-guard position OPEN x50
  4. Finger jab lead and rear on pads x50
  5. Press-up to on-guard position LOW x50
  6. Elbow scoop to shovel hook on left, bob ‘n’ weave and shovel hook on right x50

Sparring 5 x 3 mins:

  1. Economy of form, economy of motion
