In pairs, FOR TIME:

  1. Mirror drill x3 mins
  2. JKD groin kick on pads x100
  3. Mirror drill x3 mins
  4. Inward elbow on pads x 100
  5. Mirror drill x3 mins
  6. Mirror drill then look for an opportunity to JKD groin kick and inward elbow x3 mins each way (total 6 mins)
