Chase or Not to Chase?

In pairs, AMRAP for 45 mins:

  1. Chasing step advance and get-of-the-line to the right x5
  2. Partner steps in with straight lead to high-line –> straight stop kick x5
  3. Chasing step advance and get-of-the-line to the left x5
  4. Partner steps in with straight lead to high-line –> duck x5
  5. Chasing step retreat and get-of-the-line to the right x5
  6. Partner steps in with straight lead to high-line –> straight stop kick and wing chun blast with 5 strikes x5
  7. Chasing step retreat and get-of-the-line to the left x5

Sparring 5 x 3 mins:

  1. Boxing to kicking
