  1. Step through advance – partner mirrors x25
  2. Step through retreat – partner mirrors x25
  3. Step through advance with straight lead on pads x25
  4. Step through retreat with straight lead on pads x25
  5. Back kick x25
  6. Step through retreat with back kick and step through advance with straight lead x25
  7. Opponent straight leads –> rollback and lead back fist and straight rear x25
